If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following Refund and Returns Policy to make your experience as smooth as possible.

1. Eligibility for Return

We understand that purchasing a luxury vehicle is a significant decision, and we want to make sure that you are happy with your investment. Returns or refunds can be requested under the following conditions:

  • New Vehicles: Returns of new, unused vehicles are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the vehicle has not been driven or used in any manner.
  • Defective or Damaged Vehicles: If you receive a vehicle that is defective or damaged during delivery, you are entitled to a full return or exchange.
  • Customization: If you have customized your vehicle (e.g., personalized features, color options, or special configurations), returns are only allowed if the vehicle has defects or if there is an error in the customization process made by Modernwearciteino.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please do not send the vehicle back without this authorization.
  3. Shipping the Vehicle: Upon receiving the RA number, you are responsible for securely packaging the vehicle and shipping it back to us at 4462 Oakwood Avenue, New York, New York, United States. We recommend using a reliable shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned vehicle and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note the following:

  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the return is approved and the vehicle is inspected.
  • Restocking Fees: A 5% restocking fee may apply for returns of new vehicles that are not defective or damaged. This fee helps cover administrative costs and vehicle inspection.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping, delivery, and handling charges are non-refundable. Additionally, customization fees are non-refundable unless the vehicle was delivered with an error.

4. Exchanges

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
